Comedy Night at the Museum 2: Battle at the Smithsonian, with Ben Stiller in the role, takes first place in American box office.

The film has received 53.5 million dollars. For a film that cost about 200 million dollars, Terminator Salvation has not only managed to collect 43 million dollars, about the same amount that made it and the Rise of machines in 2003. That means that the future of the Terminator franchise was just overcast.

Star Trek in his turn loose 50% of spectators, but has managed to exceed at receipts the occupant of first place of the last week, Angels and Demons. He lost also 50% of the public last week and is currently ranked on 4 place with receipts of 21.4 million dollars this week.

Wolverine took the 6th place this week; he is currently the 3 rd most profitable film of the year, after Star Trek and Monsters VS.Aliens, who at 9 weeks after launch, still occupies a place in the top 10.
